..Thank you for informing [me] about the establishment of fixed times for the study of the teachings of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ, by the instructors and mentors in Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim. I am amazed that there is also not a fixed time [for this study] on Shabbos, from which all the days [of the week] are blessed 1 in both spiritual and material matters.
